Learn the steps necessary to process wild game yourself. We will discuss the field dressing process and demonstrate how to skin and butcher a game animal in simple easy steps with minimum equipment. You'll learn tips on how to make sure your wild game is the best quality possible.

| This class will use a harvested deer if possible, or the instructor will use technology to show demonstrations of techniques for field dressing and cutting and packaging the venison for the freezer. Registration required. Ages 6 + (participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult). |
