In this seminar we will discuss how to select the right optic, options for mounting it and how to mount it. Then we’ll discuss how to bore sight and zero your new scope.

For hunters who use firearms to harvest game, using the right sight or scope can mean the difference between making a successful harvest or going home empty handed. For new hunters, finding the right optic can be daunting task. The purpose of this series is to provide new hunters with the basic knowledge they need to make an informed decision when purchasing a firearm, hunting ammunition, and optics. This third program in the series will cover basic information about firearm sights and optics. We will discuss the different options that are available and the benefits of different types of sights and scopes. This class will also cover the basics of mounting a new optic to your firearm and how to sight in your firearm. Jordan M Poe
