| It's time to Get MO Wild! Join us as we celebrate a free family outdoors day at James A Reed Memorial Wildlife Area. For nearly a century the Missouri Department of Conservation has been connecting people of this community to nature. Come out and learn activities and skills that can be used to enjoy the great outdoors such as testing your skills at such events as archery, air rifles, fishing, and atlatl. Demonstrations will also be scheduled throughout the day and food trucks will be on site. |

Directions: Prairie Hollow Lake is located 2 miles south on Ranson Road past the entrance to James A. Reed MWA/KC Regional Office. Drive past the Greenwood Cemetery and enter at the first yellow gate. |
