Note: This program takes place at Painted Rock Conservation Area (Osage County). Participants provide their own transportation to the site. All ages are welcome, but this trail is not suitable for strollers or wagons of any kind. Join Runge staff and volunteers for an evening on the trail at Painted Rock Conservation Area, located on Highway 133, seven miles west of Westphalia in Osage county. Along this 1.5-mile loop, participants will have opportunities for bird watching, wildlife viewing, and a scenic view of the Osage river. After hiking, join us for s’mores around the campfire.
