This program includes shotgun safety, operation, shooting fundamentals, maintenance, and safe storage.

This class is an introduction to shotgun shooting sports. After a short lecture session, participants will practice live 5-stand shooting. MDC will provide shotguns, ammo, clay bird targets, eye and ear protection. No open-toed shoes allowed. Participants must be at least 12 years old. Individuals age 12 to 17 MUST attend with a parent or guardian who is ALSO registered for the workshop. Participants are welcome to bring their own unloaded, cased shotgun but will be required to provide their own new factory ammunition (no reloads). Dwight Warnke

Cooperative agreement between Rolla MDC conservation educator and owners to hold public shooting sports programs ~ 2x/year.

Directions:

Direction from Rolla, MO Turn Left (East) onto 10th Street. At Rolla City Limits 10th Street will change into highway BB. Continue on 10th Street / Highway BB for 5.3 miles from US 63. Then turn left on County Road 3310 (You will see a Rolla Gun Club sign). Go straight on this road and it will make a sharp left then the club is just ahead on your left. There is one gravel road that goes off to the right do NOT take this. 37°57'50.6"N 91°40'02.2"W
