Registration required (ages 9-12) Camp and extended care are both free of charge. Becoming an urban explorer is as simple as taking a step outdoors. In our summer camp you will xplor the wonders of nature by learning outdoor skills and utilizing nature within art. Learn to shoot a bow, get to know our animal ambassadors and discover nature in the neighborhood. Make plans now to become an urban xplorer this summer. Partial funding for this program comes from the Missouri Parks association's "Urban Population's Outreach Program." Applications will be available April 1 at the Discovery Center and on our website https://www.mdc.mo.gov/DiscoveryCenter. Applications will be accepted through April 29. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by May 5. Appropriate COVID protocols based on current CDC recommendations will be in place throughout camp. If your child has medical or mobility challenges, please note that on the application and we will make every effort to accommodate their needs. Kathy A Kottemann

You must cancel your registration before Monday, June 5, 2023 - Friday, June 9, 2023.
Age Policy:

All registrants for this event must be between 9 and 12 years of age by 6/5/2023.
