Glades are rocky openings in woodlands, similar in nature to a dry rocky prairie with a touch of southwestern desert. Learn about these fascinating native grassland communities of the Ozarks. Natural History Biologist Susan Farrington will discuss the special plants and animals of glades, how to recognize overgrown glades, and how to restore them. Wendy Lott
