| Discover Dresser Island, a winter wildlife haven. We will hike 6.5 miles (with an option for 3.5 miles) along the Mississippi River in search of a variety of wildlife including eagles, pelicans, waterfowl, muskrats, deer, and many others. Dress for the weather. Please bring water and lunch, a camera, and binoculars. Meet in the parking lot for Dresser Island Conservation Area off Highway 94 about 5 miles west of West Alton in St. Charles County. |
