Calling all Scouts, Girl Scouts, and nature lovers! Come to Powder Valley Conservation Nature Center for our Fall Scoutacular Bonanza! Learn vital outdoor skills, connect with nature, and flex your creative muscles at this fun event to earn credit towards your nature-related badges. Not a scout? Not a problem! Everyone is welcome to attend this event! Activities include guided nature hikes, an interview with a forester, wilderness survival skills, and much more! Scout Troops must provide their own Merit Badge Counselors for this event. MDC is providing activities that apply towards badges, but we are not authorized to sign off on badges. Some activities will be outside, so dress according to the weather. Participants may want to bring a refillable water bottle and wear sturdy shoes. Registration is required for this event.
