Registration required, register each individual attending. Join us at Columbia Bottom Conservation Area to search for migrating monarch butterflies. We will do a short introduction to monarchs and their migration and then go searching for monarchs. We will capture monarchs using sweep nets and tag them using special monarch tags. Hopefully some of our monarchs will be seen during their hibernation in Mexico! Meet at the visitors center parking lot. After the introduction we will carpool and caravan around the area. Program will be canceled in inclement weather (rain or extreme heat) Shelly Colatskie
