| Enjoy sensory activities at five stations in an open format to experience the forest in new ways: nature scent therapy, mystery touch bags, native edibles tea party, calming nature sounds, mini sight scavenger hunt and more! Small games can be played at each station to trigger the release of different neurotransmitters. We will have a seating area at each station including a tarp and participants are welcome to bring something portable and comfortable to sit on (camp chair, exercise/yoga mat, blanket). |
