| Enrich your life by nature immersion to reduce stress, boost immunity, lower blood pressure, improve sleep and many more possible health benefits. Melt some marshmallows and get those endorphins flowing with some chocolate and nature jokes around the campfire! Then, enjoy a trail walk with a challenge to earn a reward and happy brain chemicals! Special notes: Closed-toe shoes required. Please bring a light source for the challenge activities. Collect special water bottle stickers to help share this idea with friends. |
