| Want to celebrate Missouri's most magical insect? Come to Fireflies at Farmer's Park! Bring your family and make a firefly craft, play firefly games, and learn why fireflies blink. Stop by the garden area of Farmer's Park anytime between 5:30 pm and 9:30 pm for this event. Come closer to 9 pm if you hope to catch fireflies. Springfield Nature Center staff and volunteers will be around to offer fun facts and answer questions. Check out the live band, food, and vendors at the Farmer's Park courtyard, too. All ages. |
