| Get ready – where to hike? Get set – equipment needed? GO HIKE! Do you want to get out and hike with or without others but not sure where or how to start? Join us as we discuss the basics for spring and summer hiking. The program is designed for those who want to start hiking or have little experience but anyone is welcome. Topics will include the basics such as walking vs. hiking, clothes and equipment needed, hiking with children and other information. A short easy hike will conclude the program. Meet behind the building. MDC asks all participants to observe current local social distancing and masking guidelines. Bringing and wearing face coverings is encouraged when appropriate. |
