Learn the steps necessary to process wild game yourself. We will discuss the field dressing process and demonstrate how to skin and butcher a game animal in simple easy steps with minimum equipment. You'll learn tips on how to make sure your wild game is the best quality possible.

Gather virtually to learn how to hunt, field dress, and cook squirrels. First, we will go over different squirrel hunting techniques and allowed methods, then we will show you how to properly field dress a squirrel, including gutting and skinning. After this, we will talk about the many delicious ways to cook squirrel and be given a few recipes to try out on your own. Be advised: this program is virtual only and registration is required.
