Learn the steps necessary to process wild game yourself. We will discuss the field dressing process and demonstrate how to skin and butcher a game animal in simple easy steps with minimum equipment. You'll learn tips on how to make sure your wild game is the best quality possible.

| This class will show hunters how they can efficiently remove cuts of meat. Make steaks, stew meat, and burger; as well as prepare meat for snack sticks and more. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. A link will be sent to participants to view this program online, if unable to attend in person. |
