Registration required (ages 16+) James Beard Award winning author Hank Shaw, is back with us to talk fish. So many of us tense up when faced with a piece of fish. Whether we wake up before dawn to catch our fish or bring it home from the store, we all know that fish aren't cheap, in time or money - and we just don't want to mess things up! Hank's new book Hook, Line and Supper aims to banish that fear forever by breaking down the essence of fish cookery allowing cooks of all stripes to bring out the best in whatever fish comes home. Hank will cover how to treat fish as you get them out of the water, how to clean, store and cook fish and which species can substitute for reach other. And of course, he will talk recipes like fish and chips, Chinese steamed fish with chiles and English fish pie. STACEY D DAVIS
