Join a network of thousands of citizen scientists collecting biological, chemical, and physical assessment data on Missouri's wadable streams! Level 1 Volunteer Water Quality Monitoring (VWQM) builds upon knowledge and skills acquired at Introduction to VWQM. This two-part educational presentation will introduce the topics of water chemistry and visual survey. Participants may continue on to become certified to submit data by completing a stream-side certification training later this fall.
