Snakes are one of Missouri’s most misunderstood creatures. Some people have such a dread of snakes that they actually avoid going outdoors to fish, hunt, hike, or picnic. Getting to know the species, natural history, and distribution of Missouri's snakes can help you overcome your fear of them and appreciate their role in nature. Join us for our fourth Friday Conservation Families program to learn about snakes of Missouri and about their important role. Registration is required with a valid email address to receive the program link. Recommended for all ages. Jessie Ballard
