Join staff and volunteers outside at Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery to celebrate Earth Day! There will be Earth Day ideas for you to restore the areas you live in: your yard, your land, your business and community. Discover ways to eliminate invasive and non-native plants, and plant natives to help build nature's life cycle to attract Monarchs (our keystone species) and other beauties. Learn ways to keep our water clean, for drinking and necessities, and for recreation. Gather information about what you can do to help keep our home clean! Also- Plant a tree! There will be a LIMITED amount of tree seedlings available for you to take home and plant. This event will be outdoors only, social distancing and masks are required.
