Additional Information: Instructed by:
Registration required (ages 12+) The ability to make rope or cordage from plant fibers is an ancient skill essential to surviving in the wild. We will learn to make simple cordage using the same plants Native Americans harvested from Missouri wild prairies to make bowstrings, fishing nets and clothing. This is an all outdoor program so dress for the weather. You will receive an e-mail from the instructor the day prior to the event if weather conditions indicate a need to cancel the program.
