Continue on the maple sugaring journey as we discover what to do with all of that sap. Last month we learned all about tree tapping and this month we complete the sugaring process. We will gather around the fire to learn how to make maple syrup, the sweetest gift from the forest. This program is geared to ages 8 and up but students as young as 6 can register. Please dress for the weather; this program is entirely outdoors. To ensure the safety of all, this program requires participants to observe social distancing and wear a face covering.
