Learn the steps necessary to process wild game yourself. We will discuss the field dressing process and demonstrate how to skin and butcher a game animal in simple easy steps with minimum equipment. You'll learn tips on how to make sure your wild game is the best quality possible.

| The Department will hold a Basic deer processes clinic that will include process from field to freezer: skinning, quartering and cuts of meat. Participants should dress for the weather as the event will be held in a shop building. This class is designed to help those interested in processing deer on their own to get started.
