Many people are discovering the soothing space nature provides for us. Join naturalists here at the Runge Nature Center for an afternoon of mindfulness and serenity in the forest. We will be learning about the many ways nature can be a part of a healthy lifestyle. This program will include a barefoot sensory hike, a beginners YOGA session IN THE FOREST, hammock demonstrations and a hammock meditation. We will meet in the outdoor staging area to begin our Healing Hike. *Registration is required (ages 18+) Karli Dawson
