Join us for a virtual presentation to the Introduction to Traditional Bow-Making where we discuss the history of bow-making, historical significance, and the types of wood used in creating long bows. If you are interested in creating your own long bow, join us for the in-person session at Twin Pines Conservation Education Center located in Winona, MO the following Friday 9/25 and Saturday 9/26. Seats are limited to 10 - register soon by going to the MDC Events Page. Please note: if you are a participant in the hands-on portion and building a long-bow, you MUST participate in this presentation.
