This program includes shotgun safety, operation, shooting fundamentals, maintenance, and safe storage.

In this introduction to shotguns, you will discuss shotgun actions, gauges, chokes, proper stance and ammunition selection. Participants will have the opportunity to pattern a shotgun and break some clay targets. The shooting portion is not recommended for students weighing less than 90 lbs. Participants ages 11 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult. KURT W OTTERSTEIN
