| The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) & Meramec Hills Chapter of the Missouri Master Naturalists will host a free Back to School Fishing event at Bray Conservation Area (CA), Thursday, Aug. 13 from 6 to 8 p.m. School-aged children and their families are welcome to enjoy an evening of catch-and-release fishing. Event hosts are requiring each family to maintain a minimum of six foot spacing between family units during the event and wearing of face masks are suggested. Fishing poles and bait will be provided for all school age children to use during the event. Bray CA is in Rolla. From Rolla I-44 exit 184, take Kingshighway east, then Bridge School Road (CR 7000) south 3 miles. The area is on the left. |
