All ages Learn how to identify and prepare wild, edible foods found in Missouri during spring! We will begin with a short presentation on identifying some of these edible plants and fungi. Afterwards, we will go out into the area to use our new identification skills. You will also get the chance to taste some prepared wild edibles. Please wear appropriate shoes, and bring any essentials to hike 1-2 miles. Rena Schmidt
