Registration required (ages 21+) The Discovery Center and Crane Brewing are partnering to bring you a unique experience. This program will begin by focusing on how to collect sap and process it into syrup. Crane Brewing will then demonstrate how syrups have been used in traditional German beers to enhance the flavor and balance. This program will include an opportunity to enjoy small glass tastings.
