Learn timber sale tips before you sign the dotted line. Selling timber is a once or maybe twice in a lifetime event for most landowners, so there is a lot at stake to get the sale right. It’s important that landowners understand the value of their timber as well as how the type of harvest can affect its future value. Discussion will focus on how the proper harvest is essential to accomplishing your objectives and tips to ensure a timber sale contract protects you and your property. Julie Norris
