Hunting and fishing are great ways to spend time outdoors in Missouri. But what do you do with the fish and animals that you harvested? This program is designed to help people learn how to clean the animals they killed, and to show them simple and tasty ways to prepare them for the table.

Dutch ovens have a long and celebrated history spanning from Paul Revere, to Lewis and Clark, and into modern times. Come learn about this simple piece of cookware, how to use it, and sample some of the wonderful things that can be created in a Dutch Oven. This program is for women only. Girls 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult female. Ages 14-adult. Laurie E Altic
