Learn from our experienced instructors wildlife identification, habits and habitats, regulations, safety, hunting strategies, equipment and game care. Attend this class to increase your success in the field.

You harvested a deer, processed the meat and now it is time to cook. This program will show how to prepare and cook your venison for the table. There will also be a chance to learn and sample some of the recipes. Lucas J Brown
