This program includes rifle safety, operation, shooting fundamentals, maintenance, and safe storage.

October 12 · Saturday · 8–9:30 AM Registration required (ages 8–15; youths must be accompanied by an adult) Many shooters learn to master the skills of marksmanship using an air rifle. The virtual lack of recoil and relatively quiet discharge of an air rifle creates a good environment where a new shooter can learn to focus on the fundamentals of shooting. In this program we’ll discuss safety, different types of air rifles, fundamentals of shooting and then we’ll practice those fundamentals with some live fire exercises. NATHAN N WOODLAND
