Registration required (ages 8+ years, children accompanied by registered adult). Join us as we travel to the Missouri River Bird Observatory near Arrow Rock and try to capture and band the smallest owl species in Missouri, the Northern saw-whet owl. Banding takes place on clear nights with a slight north wind. Due to the specific weather conditions required, this will be a short-notice program that may be any night of the week. Participants will be contacted as early as possible on the day of the program with more details. Austin Lambert
