| Fishing at a young age, takes patience. Your child will have plenty of time to refine their patience, in this program. Young fishermen and women will touch a fish, learn to cast, and then have a chance to fish with assistance from you. This program meets at the Hatchery and Aquatic Education Area in Forest Park. |

Location Information Originally established in 1879, the Forest Park Hatchery was the first fish culture activity in Missouri. Today this fish hatchery is no longer operated for fish farming but rather for educational programming. |
