Hallway Exhibit - Dave Carter Dave Carter is an artist who enjoys producing traditional paintings of land and seascapes, portraits, and wildlife of what is pleasant to the eye and comforting to the spirit. He is also moved by a desire to produce larger, abstracted works of strident colors and bold design—efforts to tickle the eye and stimulate the soul with something unexpected. He is part of several artist groups, including the Vice-Chair Board of Directors of the Arts Council of Southeast Missouri and the Greater St. Louis Art Association. He will also be featured as the Artist in Residence at the Missouri State Fair in Sedalia in August 2019. Shelly Colatskie
