Participants will be guided through how to draw a colorful Cardinal shiner from start to finish. Think “Joy of Painting” with colored pencils and fish instead of landscapes. Participants will be provided paper and can borrow colored pencils if needed. Program is free. ARRON J HENDERSHOTT
