Learn from our experienced instructors wildlife identification, habits and habitats, regulations, safety, hunting strategies, equipment and game care. Attend this class to increase your success in the field.

| This partnership event with the Corps of Engineers, MDC, and NWTF is for adults who have never harvested a turkey. Participants must provide their own camouflage clothing. 2019 spring turkey permits are required. An Apprentice tag is required for those not Hunter Education Certified. Firearms are available upon request. Mentors/callers will be provided. Participants must attend pre-hunt clinic on May 3rd. If participants happen to harvest a bird before this event they will become ineligible. A waiting list will be filled after the first ten applicants.
