This advanced naturescaping class, taught by Jeff Cantrell, Conservation Education Consultant, will place the habitat needs of our native birds in focus. One of the best ways to help and provide for our feathered neighbors is planting native plants. These yard designs and featured plants will assist resident and migrating songbirds and hummingbirds by making our flowerbed, trellis, or entire yard a refuge. The entertainment of birdsong and wildlife viewing are just a side benefit of an attractive nature-friendly, purposeful yard. |
