The Migratory Bird Day event is still on despite area flooding. All activities will be inside or in the area around the Visitor’s Center. Celebrate World Migratory Bird Day at Columbia Bottom Conservation Area. See what makes Columbia Bottom an important stopover for many migratory birds, and discover ways you can help bird conservation. Visit our activity stations to learn about migratory birds and earn an exclusive International Migratory Bird Day prize. We will even have a live bird from Treehouse Wildlife Center! Special guests include: Treehouse Wildlife Center, St. Louis Zoo, Webster Groves Nature Study Society, and the St. Louis Department of Public Heath. No registration is required. The event and all activities are free! All ages are encouraged to attend - there will be activities and information tables for children and adults. No food or drinks will be available for purchase.
