A $20.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS AND REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNLESS WE RECEIVE THE DEPOSIT WITHIN ONE WEEK OF REGISTRATION. Registration required beginning February 1 (adults) The paddlefish a.k.a. "spoonbill" is one of the most unusual and delicious fish that swim the waters of Missouri. Learn about their peculiar habits and the efforts to conserve their populations as well as learn how to clean them to make the best use of their firm, boneless meat. Chef Kara Anderson of "The Sundry" and chef Brent Gunnels of "Cult of Pi" will prepare dishes and serve small plate samples of paddlefish meat prepared in unique and delicious ways. Registration is not complete unless we receive your $20.00 refundable deposit within one week of registration. Deposit should be made out to MISSOURI CONSERVATION HERITAGE FOUNDATION. Please deliver it to the Discovery Center at 4750 Troost, Kansas City, MO 64110.
