Wild Edibles: Making Jellies with Spring Wildflowers April 30 • Tuesday • 6:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m. (Ages 18 and up) Reservations begin April 1 Learn to use wildflowers and other spring plants such as violet, Eastern redbud, and dandelion to make wonderful jellies. Learn the processes and make your own jelly. We will have acorn and cattail flour biscuits to try with prepared jellies. Shelly Colatskie
