| Nimble and graceful in flight, the fleet-winged purple martins can provide hours of entertaining viewing as they dart about seeking insects to eat. Males are the most recognizable with their streamlined, purple-blue bodies. Learn more about these fascinating birds and how to provide a nesting site for a colony of these native swallows.
