If you were a seed you’d have a complicated job to do. Protect the life inside, travel away from the parent plant, wait for just the right conditions, and then sprout – sending roots down and leaves up and not the other way around. How does a seed do all that? Join us as we explore these and other interesting questions about seeds and sprouts. You can even make a sprouting experiment to take home. ANDREA F BARNES
