Adventure Birding: Binder in November - It’s a Tradition! Registration required (ages 12+ years). We will gather together to explore our local birding hotspot, Binder Lake in Jefferson City. This time of year a variety of waterfowl, grebes, and eagles, along with many woodland birds, are present; sometimes very unusual birds show up such as loons, swans, or even long-tailed ducks from the arctic. Dress for the weather and bring your binoculars or borrow a pair of ours. We will meet at the Binder Tackle Shop near the dam of the lake. Runge Volunteer
