Do you want to learn how to prepare and cook wild game meat? Then join us for an evening of wild game cooking that everyone will enjoy. We will discuss the supplies and equipment needed as you enjoy some tasty samples. We will provide several recipes you can take home with you.

A $20.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS AND REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNLESS WE RECEIVE THE DEPOSIT WITHIN ONE WEEK OF REGISTRATION. Registration required began on August 15 (adults) Bushytails, bass and bluegill will be on the menu with dishes being prepared by Chef Jasper Mirabile of "Jasper's Ristorante" and Chef Brett Atkinson of "Wilma's Real Good Food." Learn how to skin a squirrel and fillet a fish to take advantage of some of the most common game in Missouri. Registration is not complete until we receive your $20.00 refundable deposit. Deposits should be made out to MISSOURI CONSERVATION HERITAGE FOUNDATION. Please deliver them to the Discovery Center at 4750 Troost, Kansas City, MO 64110.
