Do you want to learn how to prepare and cook wild game meat? Then join us for an evening of wild game cooking that everyone will enjoy. We will discuss the supplies and equipment needed as you enjoy some tasty samples. We will provide several recipes you can take home with you.

A $20.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS AND REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNLESS WE RECEIVE THE DEPOSIT WITHIN ONE WEEK OF REGISTRATION. Registration required online starting July 23 (adults) Let's sink a fork into flathead catfish, channel catfish, blue catfish, gar, carp, buffalo and drum. These fish may not be beautiful to some eyes, but they can definitely be delicious! We'll start our 2018 Field to Fork Series by learning the special ways to clean these very unique fish. Then we'll have Chefs Sean Kirby and Chad Tillman of Local Seasons Catering and Events and Chef JC Gregg of Covet Bakery teach us how to turn these denizens of the deep into tasty dishes. Registration for this class is online with a minimum of twenty participants for the program to take place. Registration is not complete until we receive your $20.00 refundable deposit. Deposits should be made out to MISSOURI CONSERVATION HERITAGE FOUNDATION. Please deliver them to the Discovery Center at 4750 Troost, Kansas City, MO 64110.
