Registration required. (ages 15+ years) Come and join us for a new approach to birding (weather permitting)---from the water! Canoeing allows us to see birds from the water that might be difficult to get close enough to on land, such as those who inhabit otherwise inaccessible coves. We may also be able to get closer to very secretive water birds among the cattails as well. Wear clothing and shoes that can get wet, and bring your binoculars or borrow a pair of ours. Paddles and life jackets will be provided. We will meet at Runge; transportation to Binder Lake will be provided. 573-526-5544 Runge Volunteer
