| Nature is wild and has its beauty. So what better way to enjoy that beauty than to enjoy it with safety? This month’s Little Stinker’s topic is Bear Aware and features the book, “It’s the BEAR!” by Jez Alborough. The main character, Eddie, finds himself alone in the woods after this mom goes back to get the pie she forgot to bring for their picnic. A very large bear comes and gobbles up the picnic lunch and is now looking for dessert. Eddie is hoping he is not the dessert the bear has in mind. Find out what happens next and join us after the story for some activities based on the Bear Aware theme. |
