DETAILS
The Missouri Hunter Education Skills Session is the second half of the hunter education certification process after completing one of the knowledge based options. Students must be 11 years of age & older to attend this session.

This skills session will satisfy part two of Missouri Hunter Education requirements. To obtain hunter education certification you must also attend part one (online, self-study, or a classroom session) and bring along your skills session qualifier certificate or a student manual with the review questions completed. The final exam will be administered at the end of the skills session. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before the beginning of the class to complete registration; late arrivals will not be admitted so please arrive early. The class will be held in the ECC Training Center on Audrey Lane just west of the skating rink. A GPS WILL TAKE YOU TO THE CAMPUS BUT NOT TO THE TRAINING CENTER. (The training center is on the south edge of campus. It is best to avoid coming in the main entrance to the college. Instead, go "straight through" the roundabout on Prairie Dell and proceed to Audrey Lane.) Also, please bring a photo ID if you have one, and a birth certificate for students 15 and under if possible. Directions to the training center are as follows: From US Hwy 50, take Prairie Dell Road south about 1/2 mile and turn Right on Audrey Lane. The ECC training center is on the left about 1/4 mile past "Nothing Fancy" Skating Rink. Specific GPS coordinates to the Training Center are: 38°25'35.25" N, 90°58'38.10" W Students under the age of 13 should have an adult guardian attend the course with them.
